Check out our NEWS! NEWS! NEWS! page for some changes going at
the Tri-Lakes Humane Society!
We are so excited and we're sure you will be, too.
We know our dogs are excited about some of our improvements!
Here is Shep checking out our new fence the first day!
Welcome to the Tri-Lakes Humane Society!

May Feature Cat: FELIX
FELIX was a very shy cat when he first came to the shelter,
but he has definitely come out of his shell. He is a quite handsome
long hair, shiny black cat. Felix loves to be petted and brushed,
but he gets a little nervous when you pick him up.
He really likes for you to just sit in the chair and he will jump up
and sit on your lap where he can get all the pets he wants.
Felix is about 1 year old and neutered, a very nice cat,
ready for his new furrever home and warm furrever lap.

May Feature Dog: HOPE
HOPE is a wonderful dog. She is 1 year old and spayed.
Hope is a Cattle Dog mix and very, very smart.
She never meets a stranger, is good on a leash and
just an all around good dog. We are surprised that Hope has not been
adopted yet, but she's black and just not seen when people
come through the shelter. She is a great dog, gets along well with other dogs
and is very attentative. Hope is "hoping" that her forever person will come along soon.
She has been at the shelter since November, 2011.
